I was going to try a recipe for Hamburg Gravy and "Mashed Potatoes", but I ended up just using a can of mushroom soup due to the late hour and not feeling well enough to experiment with a new recipe. I did serve mine over mashed cauliflower; everyone else had noodles. Here's what I made:

HAMBURGER GRAVY
2 lb. hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup (22.5 carbs)
1-2 soup cans water
Salt & pepper, to taste
pinch garlic powder

Brown the hamburger with the onion. Drain off fat. Stir in the soup, water and seasonings. Simmer a few minutes until hot. Serve over "mashed potatoes" (mashed cauliflower). Makes 8 servings (4 carbs each + the "potatoes")
