I did a bit of experimenting today with carbs vs. calories. As you can see, I've eaten over 2000 calories today, but only 25 net carbs. Tomorrow morning I will see if I've gained, lost or maintained. I'm curious to know if I need to worry about how many calories or how much fat I eat as long as I keep my carbs low. We shall see...
