CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD
1 boneless chicken breast, grilled and sliced *
2 cups romaine, chopped, about 4 ounces
2 tablespoons Caesar salad dressing
1/2 ounce freshly grated parmesan cheese
Combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
Makes 1 serving
Do not freeze
* Marinate the uncooked chicken in a bit of Caesar or Italian dressing for several hours or just season with your favorite spices before grilling.
