I stopped keeping track of my menus back in October because it was making low carb seem too much like a diet instead of a way of eating for life. Well, I'm back to posting them for now while I try to repair the damage done by holiday indulgences.

I get a lot of questions about what I eat for breakfast because sometimes there's nothing on my menu that looks like typical breakfast food. I usually list my daily menu in pretty much the order that I've eaten it throughout the day so whatever you see at the top is what I ate for breakfast that day even if it appears to be leftovers from dinner.
