1 banana, sliced
6 ounce container sugar free yogurt
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup water
4 ounces frozen unsweetened strawberries, do not thaw, about 8 berries
4 ice cubes
Put all but the strawberries and ice in blender; blend on high speed until smooth. Gradually add the berries and ice while blending on high speed.
Makes about 3 1/2 cups or 2 large servings

This is for maintenance only because of the banana. The servings are large, so you could get 3 smaller servings. Using low carb yogurt would also reduce the carbs a little. This doesn't make a very thick smoothy, but you could omit the water to make it a little thicker or add more ice. Personally, I thought it was a little better for it to not be quite so cold first thing in the morning so I didn't add more ice. I used piņa colada yogurt in mine.
