SIMPLE ONION BURGERS

Although I pan-fried mine, they were pretty tasty with a lot of onion flavor. I cut the carbs a bit by using homemade low carb Onion Soup Mix instead of the commercial kind. I didn't bother to take a photo because they just look like hamburgers. Here are the counts for my version:
Per Serving: 265 Calories; 17g Fat; 25g Protein; 2g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 2g Net Carbs
