SCRAMBLED EGGS SUPREME

Per serving:
2 Dottie's Stuffed Mushrooms, quartered
2 eggs, beaten

Scramble the eggs in a little butter. When nearly, but not quite set, stir in the mushrooms. Continue cooking until the mushrooms are hot and eggs are set.
