ROASTED BROCCOLI
Fresh broccoli, trimmed and cut into spears
Oil or olive oil
Salt and pepper, to tasteToss all of the ingredients to coat the broccoli. Put the broccoli in a roasting pan or baking sheet in an single layer. Bake at 375-400º for 20 minutes, until tender and browned.
