QUICK TOMATO SOUP
8 ounce can tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon granular SplendaMix all of the ingredients in a microwaveable bowl, cover and microwave until hot.
Makes 4 small servings or 1 1/2 cups soup

This tastes a lot like Campbell's tomato soup, but does have quite a few carbs for such a tiny serving. I tried adding an extra 1/2 cup water to make the servings larger, but it tasted diluted and thin. Definitely not for induction.
