NANCY'S TARTAR SAUCE
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar free sweet pickle relish
1/4 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8-1/4 teaspoon granular Splenda, optionalBlend all of the ingredients and chill well before serving.
Makes about 6 tablespoons

This is a tartar sauce for those who like the sweet kind rather than a dill flavored one like the Tartar Sauce that I usually make. I recommend tasting it before adding the Splenda. Depending on your pickle relish, it may be sweet enough without it.
