LAURIE'S SALAD DRESSING
1/3 cup oil
1-4 tablespoons granulated Splenda or equivalent liquid Splenda
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
Dash pepper
Pinch celery seedPut all of the ingredients in a cruet or jar and shake well. Chill and shake again before using.

This is a simple and inexpensive salad dressing to make. It only takes a little bit to coat a salad so I rarely use a full tablespoon.
