EGG SALAD
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 ounce mild pickled pepper rings, chopped, optional
Salt and pepper
Pinch celery seed

Mix all of the ingredients.

Makes 3 servings
Do not freeze
