BLT WRAPS
2 romaine, iceberg or Boston lettuce leaves
4 slices bacon, fried crisp
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/4 cup tomato, chopped, about 1 1/2 ounces
Salt and pepper, to tasteSpread the mayonnaise on one side of the lettuce. Arrange the bacon and tomato in the center of each leaf; season to taste. Roll up and eat.
