B.L.T. SALAD
2 ounces iceberg lettuce, chopped
1/4 cup tomato, diced, about 1 1/2 ounces
1 teaspoon green onion, sliced
1 ounce cheddar cheese, shredded
1 piec bacon, crisp and crumbled
2 tablespoons ranch dressing or mayonnaise
Salt and pepper, to tasteMix everything together and serve.
