AMY'S ROTISSETENDERS
1 pound boneless chicken tenders
2 teaspoons McCormick Rotisserie Seasoning

Put the chicken in a 9x13" baking dish sprayed with cooking spray or a sprayed, foil-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle on both sides with the seasoning. Bake at 450º about 10 minutes or until the chicken is done to your liking (see my comments below).

This recipe is from Amy's Eating Low website. Amy baked hers at least 20 minutes but mine were completely done after 10 minutes. If you're using breasts instead of tenders, they might take the full 20 minutes but I suggest checking them sooner than that so that they won't dry out. I think the McCormick Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning it pretty good but you could substitute any seasoning blend of your choice. This mixture does have salt in it so take that into account when you choose your seasoning. Amy baked hers in a baking dish but I decided to save on cleanup by using a foil-lined baking sheet. Be sure to check out Amy's site where you can watch a video of her making this recipe.
