MEXICAN CHICKEN II
2 boneless chicken breasts
2 teaspoons Seasoning for Tacos
2 ounces iceberg lettuce
2 tablespoons Mexican Hot Sauce
2 teaspoons sour cream

Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with the seasoning. Grill on a barbecue or contact grill until just done. Top with lettuce, sauce and sour cream. Or, slice the chicken and roll up with the toppings in lettuce leaves.

Makes 2 servings
Do not freeze

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
Shredded cheese
Guacamole
