2 small avocados, about 6 ounces each
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons Mexican Hot Sauce, or salsa
Scoop out the avocado into a small bowl. Mash with a fork until still slightly chunky. Stir in the sour cream and hot sauce. Add a pinch of salt, to taste. Eat at once.
Makes about 1 cup
