EASY GELATIN DESSERT
1 small package diet gelatin mix, any flavor
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
6 ounce container sugar free yogurt, any flavor *

Prepare the gelatin mix as directed on the package using the boiling and cold water. Whisk in the yogurt until fully blended and pour into four individual dessert dishes. Chill a few hours until set.

* The nutritional counts are based on using Kroger's CARBmaster yogurt which has 5 carbs per container.

Per Serving: 23 Calories; trace Fat; 3g Protein; 1.5g Carbohydrate; 0g Dietary Fiber; 1.5g Net Carb

This makes a creamy dessert that's super simple to make with lots of flavor options. My favorite is raspberry gelatin with white chocolate raspberry flavor yogurt. If you can't get Kroger's CarbMaster yogurt, plain yogurt will work fine. If using plain yogurt, you may want to add a little sweetener. I had forgotten that I never posted this recipe so I don't have a photo of it.
