1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chipotle chile powder
Mix all of the ingredients and chill several hours to let the flavors blend.

I made grilled hamburgers topped with sautéed caramelized onions, then melted some havarti cheese over them. This mayo was great served on top.
