TWO-BEAN SALAD
14 ounce can cut green beans, drained
14 ounce can yellow wax beans, drained
1/4 cup granulated Splenda or equivalent liquid Splenda
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup oil

Mix the Splenda, vinegar and oil in a medium bowl. Stir in the beans and let marinate in the fridge several hours, stirring occasionally.

Makes about 8 servings
Do not freeze

Per Serving: 78 Calories; 7g Fat; 1g Protein; 4g Carbohydrate; 1g Dietary Fiber; 3g Net Carbs

This is the same as my non-low carb Three-Bean Salad, but I left out the kidney beans. You could add things like green peppers, pimientos, celery, onions, etc. but I like mine plain. This is one of the few things that I like canned green beans in.
