SPICY PEANUT DRESSING
I was going to use this dressing on Dana's Asian Chicken Salad recipe, but I didn't like it. I ended up making a tweaked version of the dressing from Dana's Sesame-Almond Napa Slaw instead. The Peanut Dressing was very thick, oily and curdled looking and didn't taste very nice so I dumped it out. The recipe is from Dana Carpender's "500 More Low-Carb Recipes" page 216. Although the book says this makes 2 servings, the dressing would have been enough for at least 4 servings.
