SPICY CRANBERRY RELISH
12 ounce bag fresh cranberries
1 small red onion, coarsely chopped, 2 1/2 ounces
2 teaspoons hot chile, seeds and veins removed and coarsely chopped
1/2 cup granular Splenda or equivalent liquid Splenda

Pulse all of the ingredients in a food processor until finely chopped. Cover and chill, stirring occasionally, at least 2 hours and up to 1 week.

Makes about 2 1/2 cups or 12 servings
Do not freeze

With granular Splenda:
Per Serving: 20 Calories; trace Fat; trace Protein; 5g Carbohydrate; 1g Dietary Fiber; 4g Net Carbs

With liquid Spenda:
Per Serving: 16 Calories; trace Fat; trace Protein; 4g Carbohydrate; 1g Dietary Fiber; 3g Net Carbs

I'm not sure if I like this. It seems a bit too sour and harsh.
