I'm 4'8", so at around 130, I was VERY plump to say the least.

I came into Low Carb kicking and screaming. I really didn't understand it and didn't think it would work. Nothing else seemed to any more. But, in August of 2003, I joined my husband in the Low Carb WOL and have lost about 25 pounds (not sure just how much). I'm a convert, and sing its praises now.

My diet plan is Stella Style but, as George says, when you make it to fit you it is YOUR style. I'm Low Carb & Lovin' It!
