FLAVORINGS & EXTRACTSI've sampled various brands and flavors of extracts that are sugar free and below I tell what I think of each one. This is only my opinion, of course, but it might help you to decide what kind to buy. I use extracts and flavorings in all kinds of low carb recipes from pound cake to panna cotta. Be sure to check the labels, many contain sugar. Sometimes a brand will have some flavors without sugar and other flavors that do have sugar in them.
In the chart below, a (P) next to a flavor signifies a pure extract, (A) means artificially flavored.
