CREAMED SPINACH II
16 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, divided
Drain the spinach very well. Blend the cream cheese, butter, nutmeg and 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese. Stir in the spinach; put in a greased 1-quart casserole. Sprinkle with the remaining tablespoon parmesan cheese. Bake at 350º 20-25 minutes or until the parmesan is golden brown.
Makes 4 servings

I didn't care for this very much. For all that cream cheese, it really isn't creamy at all and sort of bland. It's not very pretty either, but then cooked spinach rarely looks all that appetizing.
