CHILI DOG MUSTARD
1/4 cup yellow mustard
4 teaspoons granular Splenda or equivalent liquid Splenda
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoons low carb ketchup *
Mix all of the ingredients well. I recommend letting it chill overnight in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to blend.
Makes about 14 teaspoons
* I used Heinz One Carb ketchup (now called Heinz Reduced Sugar ketchup).
With granular Splenda:
Per Teaspoon: 5 Calories; trace Fat; trace Protein; 1g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; .5g Net Carbs
Per Tablespoon: 15 Calories; 1g Fat; 1g Protein; 2g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 1.5g Net Carbs
With liquid Splenda:
Per Teaspoon: 4 Calories; trace Fat; trace Protein; trace Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; .5g Net Carbs
Per Tablespoon: 13 Calories; 1g Fat; 1g Protein; 1.5g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 1g Net Carb
This is my attempt to copy Plochman's Chili Dog Mustard. Although it doesn't taste quite the same, I like mine better.
