POSTGHOSTY'S CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE
2-3 cups cooked chicken, diced
8 ounces frozen chopped broccoli, 2 cups cooked
1 batch Dottie's Mushroom Soup for Recipes
4 ounce can mushrooms, drained
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Pinch curry powder, optional

Arrange the chicken in the bottom of a 9x9" baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange the broccoli over the chicken; season with salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix the soup, mushrooms, curry powder and half the cheese. Spread over the broccoli. Top with the rest of the cheese. Bake at 350º 20-30 minutes until hot and bubbly.

Makes 4-6 servings

This was very good, but I might add a little more broccoli next time. With 10 ounces broccoli:
