CELERY SEED DRESSING
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup granular Splenda or equivalent liquid Splenda
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dry minced onion
1 cup oil

Mix all of the ingredients except the oil in a small bowl. Gradually whisk in the oil until well blended; pour into a cruet. Chill and shake well before serving.

Makes about 1 1/4 cups or 20 tablespoons
Do not freeze

With granular Splenda:
1 Tablespoon: 100 Calories; 11g Fat; trace Protein; 1g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; .5g Net Carbs
2 Tablespoons: 201 Calories; 22g Fat; trace Protein; 2g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 1.5g Net Carbs

With liquid Splenda:
1 Tablespoon: 98 Calories; 11g Fat; trace Protein; trace Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; .5 Net Carbs
2 Tablespoons: 196 Calories; 22g Fat; trace Protein; 1g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; .5g Net Carbs

I don't care for this and won't make it again. It tastes too much like cider vinegar and not much else.
