BROCCOLI DIJON
16 ounces frozen broccoli florets or spears OR 1 pound bunch fresh broccoli cut up
Salt, to taste
1 batch Mushroom Sauce

Cook the broccoli to your desired doneness; drain well. Season with salt. Prepare the Mushroom Sauce as directed and pour over the cooked broccoli.

Makes about 6 servings
